Ceremony
Join us in a phoneless ceremony at Big Sky Chapel as we become Husband and Wife.
We will be providing shuttles from the Wilson hotel to the cermony and reception. The buses will depart at 3:45 for the Big Sky Chapel,.
Additionally, the Big Sky Chapel has parking and allows overnight parking until 4pm the following day. -
Reception
We can’t wait to celebrate and dance the night away with each of you.
We will provide transportation back to the Wilson located in Town Center after the reception. Buses will start running at 9:30 pm, the last buses will depart at 11pm when the Reception concludes.

We know this is a big trip with a lot of logistics, so we’ve added some information below to answer questions you may have!
What is the Dress Code for the Ceremony and Reception?
Attire: Black tie optional – men wear either a tuxedo or a dark suit and women wear either a floor-length gown or cocktail length. We are so excited to dress up with you!
What is Montana Chic Attire?
For the gents a sports coat, jeans/pants, boots and a hat
For the ladies a dress, skirt&top, furs, boots or heels and a hat!
What time will shuttles begin picking up for the wedding?
Shuttles will begin running at 3:45 from the Wilson Hotel to the Big Sky Chapel.
We will have buses back to the Wilson beginning at 9:30 pm, and the last bus will depart at 11pm.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The Ceremony is indoors. The Reception will be both indoors and outdoors so we recommend ladies bringing a wrap or jacket.
The cocktail hour will be by the Gallatin River so we recommend block heels for the ladies.

How do we get to Big Sky, Montana?
For those flying from Houston, Southwest and United both fly into Bozeman. If you want to take a scenic route in, you can fly into Salt Lake city and drive up through the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Park.
American has a direct flight to Bozeman out of Dallas.
Do I need a car?
Yes! Big Sky does not have Uber so it is highly recommended that you rent a car.

Can I bring a date?
Due to the guest count limitations set by our venues, we ask that only the individuals listed on the invitation attend the weekend festivities.
Are children welcome?
While we adore the little ones in our lives, we have chosen to host an adults-only weekend.

Our Story
Our journey began on Hinge, and from the very first message, we felt something special. Our first date was at El Tiempo on Washington, where we spent hours chatting, laughing, and discovering just how much we had in common. What was meant to be a casual dinner turned into something unforgettable, and from that moment, we couldn’t imagine our lives without each other.
In just a year, we’ve created so many cherished memories—from traveling to Spain to spending time with our families in Big Sky and Pagosa. Our furry family members, Poppy and Sushi (our two cats), and Pedro, our sweet white lab, have been right by our side through it all. They fill our lives with so much love and joy, and we couldn’t be more grateful for our little crew.
The Proposal
After a year of love, laughter, and shared adventures, Troy decided it was the perfect time to ask Maddie to be his forever. One day, when Maddie took Sushi to the vet, Troy secretly snuck into her apartment and set up a beautiful surprise with roses, champagne, and a moment she’ll never forget. When she walked in, he was ready with the question, and without hesitation, Maddie said “yes!”
We’re so excited for this new chapter in our lives and the journey ahead. With love, laughter, and our wonderful little family, we can’t wait to see where the future takes us.

We recommend renting a car in Bozeman it is a 45 minute drive to big sky.
A car is helpful in Big Sky as there are not ubers
